Having Delegate Green’s children present at the Honorary Bill Signing with Governor Glenn Youngkin was a powerful reminder of why this work matters — reaffirming our shared commitment to educating youth, no matter their age, about the importance of safe driving.

Thank you to Governor Glenn Youngkin for ceremonially signing both Senator Danny Diggs’ and Delegate Chad Green’s legislation promoting safer roads across Virginia. Through sheer determination and love, Conner’s tragedy was transformed into meaningful action that continues to save lives.

With this new law, Conner’s legacy lives on — holding accountable parents, guardians, or ANYONE who knowingly allows an unlicensed person to operate a motor vehicle.  This is a critical step toward protecting families and preventing this kind of completely preventable heartbreak. 💚
