You are warmly invited to join us for World Day of Remembrance on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Virginia State Police Headquarters, 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield.
This nonpartisan remembrance and awareness gathering will honor those who have lost their lives on Virginia’s roadways, support the families and first responders affected, and serve as a unified call to action for safer roads across our Commonwealth.
Speakers will include representatives from the Virginia State Police, DMV Highway Safety Office, Vision Zero Richmond, members of the faith community, and families of crash victims, bicyclists, and pedestrians — myself among them.
If you or a loved one has been injured or killed in a crash, we invite you to bring a photo of your loved one to honor during the ceremony and stand with us in remembrance and commitment to saving lives.
